100% Vinyater, a rare and almost forgotten local Catalan variety from a single vineyard of over 60 years of age. Chamomile tea with white peaches, saffron, and lightly caramelised cashews with thyme. Not a conventional rosé by any measure — the Vinyater grape gives it aromas and flavours closer to a skin-contact white, though it is vinified as a rosé. A genuinely unique wine.
