Partida Creus CX Rosé from Tarragona, Catalonia — 100% Vinyater, a rare and almost forgotten indigenous Catalan variety from a single 60-year-old vineyard, with chamomile tea, white peach, saffron, and lightly caramelised cashews with thyme, a wine unlike any other rosé in the world.
Tasting Notes
100% Vinyater, a rare and almost forgotten local Catalan variety from a single vineyard of over 60 years of age. Chamomile tea with white peaches, saffron, and lightly caramelised cashews with thyme. Not a conventional rosé by any measure — the Vinyater grape gives it aromas and flavours closer to a skin-contact white, though it is vinified as a rosé. A genuinely unique wine.
