Plasencia | Year Of The Horse

El Ano del Caballo is Plasencia's limited edition for the 2026 Lunar New Year and the fifth in the family's Chinese Zodiac series. The horse theme runs from the decorated ten count box to the cigar itself, which is finished with a long braided tobacco tail at the cap in the shape of a plaited mane. The braid demands a third roller working on nothing else and doubles production time.

A long, slow and evolving smoke. Cream and toasted wood open, deepening into cocoa, roasted nuts and cedar, with warm spice and a subtle floral note from the Jalapa wrapper running underneath. Medium bodied and complex, holding its balance across nearly two hours.
