Description

The Wide Churchill is one of the latest addition to the Romeo Y Julieta Stable. Following the launch of the short Churchill launched in 2006, the slightly longer and much stouter WIDE CHURCHILL reflects the current fashion for heavy ring gauge vitolas. The cigars exude smooth, subtle aromas that are the hallmark of the medium flavored Romeo Y Julieta brand.

Tasting Notes

Smoking Time (Average): 34-45 Minutes

Dark and well-made with a multi-seamed cap and flat head, this Robustos has a slightly firm draw and uneven burn. It’s spicy and zesty, bursting with notes of lemon and black pepper. Hints of honey and almond usher in a cedar note that recurs on the dry finish.

Cuba

Occasion & Pairing

Pair well with Speyside and some Lowland whiskeys, most Irish whiskeys, rums, bourbons, ryes, ports, or a variety of fuller-bodied beers. Also pairs well with very aromatic wine or Chianti and Cabernet Sauvignon.
