A multi-variety sparkling wine from Sokol Blosser in Oregon's Dundee Hills, blending six white grape varieties into a Brut-level NV that is vibrant, aromatic, and one of the most interesting non-traditional sparklers from the Pacific Northwest.

Tasting Notes
Aromatics of apricot, green apple, and pear with hints of white peach and citrus. Slightly creamy on the mouthfeel with a light flintiness. The bubbles and acidity make it feel dry on the palate despite the broad variety blend, with a crisp, clean finish. An unusual and delightful sparkling wine that defies easy categorisation.
