The Macallan | The Harmony Collection - Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from Scotland’s Speyside region, created in collaboration with JING Tea and inspired by the rare Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea. Matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks with touches of European oak and ex-bourbon influence, it delivers an elegant balance of floral sweetness, orchard fruit, and refined oak complexity.

Tasting Notes:

Elegant and aromatic with notes of peach, apricot, floral honey, and delicate tropical fruit, layered with hints of toffee, warm citrus, and soft oak. Smooth on the palate with honeyed stone fruit, subtle floral tea notes, and a long, refined finish of gentle sweetness and delicate oak spice.
