A biodynamic pét-nat rosé from Fuchs und Hase in Austria's Kamptal, blending Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, spontaneously fermented and bottled mid-fermentation — full of red berry freshness and a herbal touch that makes it ideal for summer.
Tasting Notes
Full of delicious red berries — cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant — with a nice herbal touch and lively natural bubbles. Fresh and brisk on the palate, bone dry on the finish. The biodynamic farming and zero-filtration approach give it a natural haze and slightly creamy texture that distinguishes it from conventional sparkling rosé. The fox and hare of the label seem to be having an excellent time.
