Cocchi | Brut Piemonte DOC

Cocchi Brut Piemonte DOC from Asti, Piedmont, a dry Piemontese sparkling wine with a fine persistent perlage, a clean, fresh bouquet, and a soft, characterful palate from one of Piedmont's most respected historic spumante houses founded in 1891 in Asti.

Tasting Notes
Fine persistent perlage. A clean, fresh bouquet on the nose. Soft, characterful, and well-structured on the palate with a long-lasting finish. Cocchi Brut is made via the long Charmat method, which allows the aromatic profile to develop fully without the heavy toast character of Champagne-method sparkling wines. A serious Piemontese Brut from one of Asti's most historic producers.
