About this wine
A zero-dosage Brut Nature Franciacorta from 1701's certified organic and biodynamic estate, made from Chardonnay with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing, pure, precise, and uncompromising.
Serve well chilled at 6 to 8°C in a wide-mouthed glass.
Tasting notes
Pale gold with fine persistent bubbles. The nose is clean and focused, with citrus, white flower, and a mineral, chalky note from the glacial moraine soils. On the palate it is bone-dry, taut, and precise, the zero dosage lets the terroir character lead without any sweetness to soften it. Long, mineral finish. For those who want their Franciacorta without compromise.
Goes with
Oysters, sushi, ceviche, and raw seafood. The zero dosage precision makes it the ideal match for anything delicate and briny.
