Pale straw with fine natural bubbles. Bombino Bianco in the pét-nat style, citrus, fresh apple, and a light mineral note from the limestone soils. Dry and refreshing on the palate with vibrant acidity and a clean finish. The Bianco version of the Frecciabomb trilogy is the most neutral and food-versatile of the three.

The producer
Calcarius is the natural wine project of Valentina Passalacqua, made from organic Falanghina, Nero di Troia, Bombino Bianco, and other indigenous varieties grown on the ancient calcareous limestone soils of the Murge plateau in northern Puglia. The estate name comes from the Latin for limestone, reflecting the character of the terroir in every wine.
