Fattoria San Lorenzo Di Gino Bianco from the Marche — a refreshing and informal white, simple and linear with a bouquet of ripe pear, wisteria, and fresh almonds, fresh, flowing, sapid, and mineral on the palate, from a natural wine estate farming organically with biodynamic practices.
Tasting Notes
A refreshing and informal white with a simple and linear personality. Bouquet of ripe pear, wisteria, and fresh almonds on the nose. Fresh, flowing, sapid, and mineral on the palate. Di Gino Bianco is obtained from white-berried grapes from vines of about 20 years of age, fermented and aged in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts — the cellar philosophy here is coherent: targeted but not prevaricating intervention.
