Tasting notes
Sabático expresses all the freshness and sweetness that the Garnacha brings, combined with the elegance and volume on the palate that the Carignan (Cariñena) brings. A nose full of red fruits, round on the palate and easy to drink. Authentic and original flavour from a unique blend of 100-year-old organically farmed vines in the Itata Valley. 12 months in used French oak adds structure without masking the fruit.
