A vibrant, frizzante Trebbiano from the hills of Emilia-Romagna, made by one of the region's most irreverent natural producers with zero sulphur and the kind of lively, spontaneous energy that makes it irresistible at the table.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with a light natural spritz. The nose is fresh and fruity with aromas of green apple, lemon, and a pleasantly earthy, rustic character. On the palate it is light, lively, and refreshing, with a gentle fizz, crisp acidity, and a clean, slightly bitter finish typical of good Trebbiano. A wine for drinking, not analysing.

About the Producer
Donati Camillo is a small natural wine producer in Emilia-Romagna working with the region's traditional grape varieties including Trebbiano and Lambrusco. Farming organically with minimal intervention in the cellar, they produce wines that are honest, unpretentious, and deeply rooted in the food culture of the region. Their approach is the antithesis of industrial winemaking, prioritising freshness and drinkability above all else.
