A lush, honeyed Languedoc white blending Viognier, Chardonnay, and Muscat from vineyards near the Thau lagoon, where Mediterranean breezes keep the wines remarkably fresh despite the southern sun.
Tasting Notes
Pale lemon-gold in the glass. The nose is gently fragrant with aromas of stone fruit, tree blossom, and a honeyed softness. On the palate it is round and pillowy with flavours of juicy pear and apricot, lovely balance, and a restrained, elegant finish. A textbook Mediterranean white with a refined, non-tropical character.

About the Producer
Mas de Daumas Gassac was established by Aimé and Véronique Guibert in Aniane, Languedoc, after a Bordeaux soil scientist identified their limestone-rich land as having exceptional grape-growing potential akin to Burgundy's Côte d'Or. Farming organically since 1974, the estate has become one of southern France's most celebrated and unconventional producers, earning the nickname "the Lafite of the Languedoc." Their second label, Moulin de Gassac, was created in the 1990s to produce fun, accessible wines from the surrounding countryside in partnership with local growers, with vinification closely overseen by the Guibert family.
