About the Producer
Donkeyjote is a label of Vinicola Corellana, a small organic winery in the Navarra region of northern Spain working with Garnacha on the region's distinctive clay-chalk soils. The name nods to the spirit of Don Quixote, and the wines are made with the same free-thinking, uncompromising approach to quality.
