A Chablis Grand Cru from the legendary Vaudesir climat, made by the respected Domaine Gerard Tremblay from organically farmed Chardonnay on the pure Kimmeridgian limestone soils that give Grand Cru Chablis its incomparable mineral precision.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with excellent clarity. The nose is complex and restrained with aromas of citrus zest, white peach, flint, and a distinctive oyster-shell minerality. On the palate it is full bodied for Chablis, with a firm, waxy texture, excellent freshness, and a long, mineral, saline finish of exceptional length. A serious white wine built to age for 10 to 15 years.
