An unoaked organic Tempranillo from Rioja made by Vina Albergada under the Vina Mues label, from young vines on limestone and clay soils, bottled early to maximise the fresh, juicy plum and damson character of the grape without wood.
Tasting Notes
Bright cherry red. Sweet damson and soft plum on the nose with a gentle red berry freshness. Light to medium bodied on the palate, fruit-forward and easy to enjoy, with a soft tannin and a clean, pleasant finish. This is Rioja without the complications. Can happily be drunk slightly chilled.
