A dry Grenache rosado from Hacienda Grimón's high-altitude Rioja estate, made with indigenous yeast in stainless steel without filtration or fining — fresh, light-bodied, and with the kind of raspberry and wild strawberry character that makes Grenache rosé so appealing.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and half-weight on the palate, with raspberries, wild strawberries, and citrus threading through from nose to finish. The high altitude of 600 to 700 metres and cool nights preserve the natural acidity and keep the wine vibrant rather than flabby. Unfiltered and unfined, giving it just enough texture to hold its own at the table.
