Tasting notes
A beautifully made natural sparkling wine with deep minerality and soft but pronounced fruit salad aromas. Partida wines can at times lean funky but this one is clean, elegant, and beautifully crafted. Made in the ancestral method (Pétillant Naturel). Bottled during fermentation so the CO2 is captured in the bottle naturally, creating a gentle, natural spritz with no disgorgement and no added sulphites.
Goes with
Aperitif, light seafood, oysters, and fresh cheeses.
