A rare single-variety Caíño Blanco from Terras Gauda in Rías Baixas, made almost entirely from this almost-extinct indigenous Galician grape — a wine of intense stone fruit, salty mineral depth, and a rich, silky body that has no equivalent in Spain.
Tasting Notes
Intense aromas of ripe peach, melon, pineapple, and persimmon open with an evocative fruit richness, followed by mineral hints that are earthy, fresh, and distinctly salty. Full of flavour on the palate — succulent, full-bodied yet delicate, with a silky texture, deep structure, and excellent acidity keeping it fresh. A genuinely unique white wine from a near-forgotten variety.
