Vegueros translates as "Farmers", and the brand is a tribute to the generations who have grown tobacco in the Vuelta Abajo of Pinar del Río, where it was tradition for the farmers to roll their own cigars for visitors. The Centrofinos is the largest vitola in the range and a unique size within the Habanos portfolio. Its name comes from the growing itself: Centro Fino is the classification for leaves taken from around the middle of the sun grown plant, prized as Seco leaves for their flavour and aroma.

Hand rolled at the Francisco Donatien factory in the city of Pinar del Río, from long filler and binder grown in the Vuelta Abajo, the only zone in Cuba that produces wrapper, binder and filler alike. The wide ring gauge keeps the smoke cool and the draw easy. Expect a rich, earthy tobacco core with plenty of spice and black pepper, cedar and leather behind it, and the rustic edge the brand has always kept.
