Tasting Notes
Made from pure Chardonnay, Primosecolo (First Century) was created in 1991 to celebrate Cocchi's 100th anniversary. A high-quality sparkling Brut — soft with great character and a very intense Chardonnay aroma. The slow foaming process in accordance with the long Charmat method brings out a full and fragrant taste with a long-lasting, very fine perlage.
